    Alternative to the silica packing with shorter equilibration time and comparable selectivity; due to the lower activity of these packings it can be also used for SEC-applications

    Ultra pure, spherical high performance HPLC phase based on silica gel

    Diol, no endcapping, with 3 % carbon content

    Eurospher 100 Diol packing material can be universally used in different polar modes (NP, RP and IC). The Eurospher silica gel is modified by a dihydroxypropyl reagent. Compared to the Eurospher Si packing material, it is less polar and requires less equilibration time. The strength of Eurospher 100 Diol has been proven in the determination of tetracyclins and non-ionic surfactants.

    Spherical high performance HPLC phase based on type A silica gel

    Diol, no endcapping, with 8 % carbon content

    ProntoSIL OH is a Diol bonded phase. The Diol packing is an alternative to the silica- packings. The equilibration time of the support is shorter in comparison to the corresponding silica support. The selectivities are comparable. Due to the lower activity of these packings they can also be used for SEC-applications. The OH bonding type is available in 120 Å and particle sizes of 3 μm and 5 μm.
