Sensitive Light Scattering Detector for Universal Detection

for universal detection, 5 μl/min - 5 ml/min

This ELSD has been developed as well for ultrafast HPLC.

The light source is a 405 nm laser, which increases the sensitivity even further.
Sedere’s unique Low-Temperature-Technology allows outstanding analytical results to be achieved with this detector.

As an universal detector, an ELSD offers numerous possibilities for detecting substances that have few or no chromophores (carbohydrates, proteins, peptides, polymers, lipids, steroids, etc.). Since the eluents are evaporated, the use of non-UV-compatible solvents poses no problems and the ELSD is gradient compatible. Complete SOP protocols for GLP conformity and validation procedures are available. This detector can be controlled with OpenLab® EZChrom, Chromeleon® and ClarityChrom® software, via USB or RS-232 or via the keypad and digital display on the front panel, allowing it to be integrated into almost any LC system.
