Installation Setup - Restore Access Administrator
If the administrator account of PurityChrom 6 is locked because of too many wrong login attempts, the system administrator can run the application PrepConConfiguration.exe (saved under C:\ProgramFiles\PurityChrom6). In the tab “Local database Setup”, the option “Create Restore-Access-Administrator” has to be chosen. Then close the setup via the button “Configure”. The setup will create a new administrator account with the user name “RestoreAdmin“ and the password “0000“. This user can be used to get access to the user administration and reset the password of the system administrator.
