The MarvelXACT^TM connection system is recommended for all connections in a standard AZURA Analytical system. It incorporates flexible 1/32” OD tubing to easily route through your system. The fitting is already installed on each capillary. It is compatible with KNAUER standard 1/16” receiving ports and is absolutely finger-tight so that no tools are required. Additionally, these fittings auto-adjust to various port depths and do not depend on ferrules. They seal at the bottom of the port, without complex techniques, which significantly reduces required torque.

The trouble-free connection system eliminates the risk of under- and over-tightening, with a patented torque-limiting mechanism. This unique feature provides a haptic “click” feedback when it reaches the optimum torque, assuring a perfect connection. These capillaries can be connected and disconnected more than 100 times.

The AZURA Analytical Trouble-free StartUp Kit contains:

1 capillary 600 mm length, 0.254 mm ID incl. fittings for connection of pump and autosampler
1 capillary 600 mm length, 0.125 mm ID incl. fittings for connection autosampler and column (for columns up to 300 mm length)
1 capillary 500 mm length, 0.125 mm ID incl. fittings for connection of column and detector
1 capillary 900 mm length, 0.18 mm ID incl. fittings for connection of pump and autosampler for all systems with 2 AZURA L detectors or benchtop installation
