In order to know how much a repair will cost, a failure analysis must first be done at KNAUER, because we need to know how much time and which spare parts will be needed for the repair. This means that we can provide you an estimate of costs only after the device has been sent to KNAUER, not before. If you do not agree with the estimate of costs, you can always decline the repair and get the device back. In this case the device will be sent back to you, we will charge you one working hour as costs for the failure analysis. In case of warranty claim, no charges will be invoiced.
