With the FRC Option ChromGate can control fraction collectors from different manufacturers. The fractionation can be controlled by time (volume), level, slope including AND/OR combination of these criteria, spectra comparison, local maximum and local minimum. A full manual control of fractionation during a run is supported. The rack view shows the fractions in the vials, the volume and fraction time and allows to open the appropriate chromatogram for any fraction.
