Webinar: Purification and Quality Control of Oligonucleotides

Join us for this Webinar together with YMC

Oligonucleotides are very important biopharmaceuticals with a rapidly growing importance. However, due to the high similarity of impurities resulting from synthesis, purification can be challenging. This seminar demonstrates a successful large-scale purification of an oligonucleotide using anion exchange chromatography (AEX) as well as efficient quality control using ion pairing reversed phase chromatography (IP-RP).

Content and Learning Objectives:

  • How to perform a large-scale AEX purification: Design of a preparative system and useful features
  • Advantages and limitations of using AEX for preparative purification
  • What to consider when developing an IP-RP method: Selection of stationary phase, ion-pair reagent, and solvent conditions
  • How to improve analytical results by using bioinert column hardware

Speakers:

Dr. Ulrike Krop, KNAUER Wissenschaftliche Geräte GmbH

Dr. Daniel Eßer, YMC Europe GmbH
