AZURA® AS 6.1L biocompatible Autosampler up to 345 bar, without cool/heat option

This Autosampler is designated for FPLC applicatons. With a DLC-coated (diamond-like carbon) valve stator and the silica-coated sample needle its whole flow path is biocompatible.

It allows for precise injections from up to 108x 1.5 ml sample vials or usual micortiter plates (96 or 384 well plates, 2x each), but also supports injections from up to 30x 10 ml vials.

Three different injection modes are supported, allowing the user to optimize sample usage:

• Full loop (highest precision and reproducibility)
• Partial loop (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series)
• µl pickup (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes)

Moreover, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and allows for very low carryover thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure.
