AZURA® AS 6.1L analytischer Autosampler bis 862 bar, ohne cool/heat Option

This analytical HPLC Autosampler allows for precise injections from up to 108x 1.5 ml sample vials or usual micortiter plates (96 or 384 well plates, 2x each).

Three different injection modes are supported, allowing the user to optimize sample usage:

• Full loop (highest precision and reproducibility)
• Partial loop (variable volumes, e.g. for dilution series)
• µl pickup (loss-free injection of extremely small sample volumes)

For high-pressure injections, the autosampler is equipped with an ILD™ valve (Intermediate Loop Decompression). This valve consists of a rotor-stator combination that includes a central port for depressurizing before sample is aspirated into the loop. This way, the sample is not diluted with solvent and injection precision is increased. Because the valve is switched extremely fast, pressure spikes are reduced. Analyses are more precise and wear of the column is reduced.

Moreover, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and allows for very low carryover thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure.
