AZURA® AS 6.1L präparativer Autosampler bis 350 bar, ohne cool/heat Option

Thanks to its specially configured flow path this preparative Autosampler allows for injections of sample volumes up to 10 ml. It has a sample capacity of 30x 10 ml vials and operates with an injection mode designated for large injection volumes.

When large volumes are aspirated from an airtight sample vial, underpressure within the vial and consequent bubble formation can occur. The headspace pressure option prevents this problem and ensures precise injections even for large injection volumes.

Moreover, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and allows for very low carryover thanks to a highly-effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure.
