The Upgrade Kit Lipid Loop allows the use of the NanoScaler in the R&D+ mode. In the R&D+ mode not only the API is applied by a sample loop but also the lipids, enabling the encapsulation of volumes from 0.5 ml up to 2 ml and minimizing the lipid consumption. A range of different sample loops (0.35 ml, 0.5 ml, 0.7 ml, 1 ml and 2 ml) are included as well as capillaries and fittings.
