I have a very old KNAUER device. Does KNAUER still offer service for my device?

If you have doubts whether your device can still be serviced or repaired, do not hesitate to ask KNAUER customer support (support@knauer.net) and provide us with the serial number of the device, a description of the failure and at best a photo of the affected device and/or the affected part. We will then provide you a support ticket number and analyse whether we can help you with your inquiry.
