If the administrator account of PurityChrom 5 is locked because of too many wrong login attempts, deliver the following information to support@knauer.net:
- Dongle serial number
- Date at which the new account should be valid
The KNAUER customer support will send you a number that can be used as user name and password to enter PurityChrom. However, this account is only valid for one day only on the defined date. Please make sure, that time and date are correctly set on your system computer.
