I have a not-working device. How can I get the support I need?

If you have an affected device, please contact first the KNAUER customer support (support@knauer.net). We will analyse your inquiry and, if needed, provide you an RMA number to let you send the device to us for repair. Please provide the serial number of the device already in your first email together with a short description of the failure. You can always find it on the back of the device.
