The Smartline UV Detector 2550 combines the advantages of a spectro-photometer (such as high spectral resolution, high sensitivity and low drift values) with a new high speed scanning technology. Depending on the light source, the detector covers the wavelength range from 190 to 900 nm. With a remarkable linear range of 3 AU, simultaneous determination of main analytes and impurities can be carried out without re-calibration. A wide range of available flow cells makes it possible to use the 2550 detector from micro to preparative HPLC. With its extensive programming and control functions as well as input/output options (touch pad, RS-232, LAN, analog), it can be integrated into almost any LC system.
