Wissenschaftliche Gerätebau Dr. Ing. Herbert Knauer GmbH – this is the full name of our owner-managed middle-sized company that has been developing, manufacturing and distributing laboratory instruments around the world since 1962.

With more than 100 employees we are one of the well-established manufactures of HPLC instruments, SMB and osmometry. Our product portfolio includes the smallest HPLC system of the world, UHPLC systems, analytical and semi-preparative HPLC instruments and SMB systems for the extraction of up to 1,000 kg of pure substance per year.
