KNAUER's New Capillary Electrophoresis System
The Capline System 2010 is Knauer's new fully automated high performance capillary electrophoresis system, designed for a wide range of different HPCE separation techniques. Combined with Knauer's ChromGate® software, it is the first choice for method development tasks as well as for daily routine work. The system contains a built-in highly sensitive UV detector to guarantee optimal performance. The wavelength is selectable at any time, even during an analysis. In addition, "stop-flow" spectra recording is supported for simplified method development.
The fully controllable liquid cooling of the capillary allows heat to dissipate more effectively and reproducibly than in air-cooled systems. Thanks to an exceedingly stable voltage feed and a highly precise, pulsation-free pressure feed for hydrodynamic injections, the Capline System 2010 offers unsurpassed reproducibility.
